I’m happy to announce the third anniversary of my retirement. I used to be honored to serve the folks of San Diego, California as a park ranger for twenty years, safeguarding environmental sources, offering instructional packages, and responding to emergencies with ranger colleagues, lifeguards, cops and animal management officers. Total, it was a beautiful expertise.

Since retiring from service, I’ve launched into a brand new profession as a full-time author and graphic artist, publishing my third e-book this 12 months. Because the summer time unfolds, I’ll proceed work on the following problem of my literary journal whereas importing new articles and art work to my weblog.

The autumn/winter version of Sharp Silhouette Literary Journal will look at the nuances of reminiscence, persevering with themes I started to discover in my latest e-book, Prose Artifact: On the Materials Tradition of Reminiscence.

Within the space of visible artwork, I hope to finish my newest pen & ink sequence with inspiration from my travels by means of the American Southwest. I can even be making a tutorial on database administration, answering the query of how we, as artists, can set up and interpret main supply supplies successfully, enhancing our artistic work and making it extra helpful for scholarly analysis.

All three of my books can be found by means of Arizona public libraries through the Indie Arizona venture.

I am going to see you on the street!
